You signed up for an ARC, the email arrived, and now you just need the book on your device. Most ARC teams deliver through BookFunnel, and it is built to be simple even if you would not call yourself techy. Here is how to download your ARC on BookFunnel, one step at a time.
Step 1: Find your BookFunnel email
When a team goes out, you get an email with a link to your copy. It usually comes from the author or the Reading Room and mentions the book title. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam, promotions, or updates folders, since delivery emails often land there. Still nothing? Email us and we will resend it.
Step 2: Open your copy
Click the button or link in the email. It opens a BookFunnel page showing the cover and a “Get my book” button. Tap it, and BookFunnel asks one question: how do you want to read?
Step 3: Choose how you want to read
BookFunnel supports every common setup. Pick the one that matches your device:
- Phone or tablet: the free BookFunnel app is the easiest route (more on that below).
- Kindle: BookFunnel gives you step-by-step instructions to send the book to your Kindle library.
- Kobo, Nook, or Apple Books: choose your device and follow the prompts.
- Prefer the file? You can download the EPUB or PDF straight to your computer.

If you read on a phone or tablet, install the free BookFunnel app from the App Store or Google Play first. Then open the link from your email on that same device, and the book drops straight into the app, ready to read. If something goes wrong
Download links are personal to you and can expire once a team closes, so grab your copy soon after it arrives. If a link says it has expired or already been used, or the file will not open, BookFunnel has a “Need help?” link on every download page and their support is genuinely quick.
