The Way I Work
Every message is read and answered by me, Meg, usually inside a working day or two. I am in South Africa (GMT +2) and I keep to business hours, weekends and local holidays, for the sake of my own head.
Nothing here is automated. If a download link has vanished into your spam folder, say so and I will resend it myself.

Email with the book title and the address you signed up with. Download drama gets sorted fast, always.

Not sure what to say, or whether an honest three stars is allowed? It is. The review guide covers the rest, and the inbox is open for anything it doesn’t.
An author asking about a campaign
Author bookings have their own home. The Get Booked page has the dates, packages and the intake form. Prefer to ask first? Email me and I will point you to the right spot.
No question about a book, a link, or a login is too small. Nothing you ask will be the weird one.
